Developers begin by submitting a short application through the bapp.fun dashboard. Each submission is reviewed and assigned a Tier (1–10) based on readiness, product quality, and growth potential. The tier may be updated several times until the official launch date.

• Tier 1–3: Featured projects that receive extended marketing support and homepage visibility.

• Tier 4–10: Community-driven projects that can freely launch and raise funds independently.

All applications must include:

• Mini-app manifest link (if deployed on Baseapp/Farcaster)

• Basic description, visuals, and token plan

• Team or founder

• Vesting preferences
